Lush Shower Cream Review | The Comforter

I literally love the smell of this shower cream. We bought this around a month ago and considering we purchased the smaller version, I think it has been lasting us quite long. It’s one of those shower and bath products that you don’t need to use much off because a little bit does so much.
It has lasted us quite long so far, the best part is that a little really goes a long way with this shower cream. The scent stays on 04311the skin pretty much all day long, even if you continuously wash your arms and hands at work like me.
The scent reminds me a lot of the strawberry bubble gum I used to have when I was younger, so as you can imagine with anything bubble gum… It smells on point.
Do I recommend this shower cream? You can bet I do and you would win that bet. Everything about this shower cream is on point.

Top 8 Eye Shadow Palettes I Want To Try

Hello, everyone. Lately, a lot of you have asked me which eye shadow palettes I would like to try and which ones I haven't gotten round to purchasing yet but are definitely on my wish list. There are so many I could have put on this list but these just had to make the top 8 today.

Want to try them too but too lazy to search what price they are roughly going for at the moment? Worry no more, I have done all of that for you already.

This is the Electric eye shadow palette by Urban Decay. I have heard so many good things about this palette. I have heard and read so many reviews that state this palette is super pigmented and that the eye shadows stay super vibrant on the skin with or without an eye shadow base or primer.

I can see this eye shadow palette being great for the summer and for super vibrant, pin-up make up looks.

Obviously, the price is the main reason I am still yet to try out this palette. The palette is currently being sold online at about £38.

This is the new Alice Through The Looking Glass eye shadow palette by Urban Decay. This palette has a bunch of neutral colors I can see myself using for so many tutorials.

The colors 'Heads Will Roll', 'Royal Flush', 'Cake' & 'Metamorphosis' are the colors that mainly caught my eye in this palette though. I have also heard the colors in this palette are super pigmented, which if you don't know, it's a super positive thing in eye shadows.

Once again, great quality make up comes at a non-friendly price. The cheapest I have seen this palette going for has bee £48.

This is the Neon Nights eye shadow palette by W7. This gives me the impression that it's a cheaper version of Urban Decay's Electic eyes shadow palette.

I am still yet to find out more details about this eye shadow palette, I have searched high and low for reviews on this palette and haven't found many. I'm actually super curious about the eye shadows included in this palette.

Are these pigmented, or not? I can't wait to find out. I have seen this eye shadow palette trending at around £5.

This is Anastasia Beverly Hills' Self Made eye shadow palette. I have never tried any products by them but the amazing reviews I have seen just give me such high expectations for all their products.

I am looking forward to saving up for this palette. All the colors look super wearable and I have heard they are super pigmented so I will surely be giving this beauty a good try.
The cheapest I have seen this palette trending for is £15 on eBay and Amazon.

This is Sleek's new eye shadow palette named Snapshots. I have been really into super summery bright colors recently. This eye shadow palette is something I definitely need to add to my make up collection.

I already have so many ideas for what looks I want to create with this palette. This palette is currently trending for £7 online.

Here we have Too Faced's Chocolate Bar eye shadow palette. Can we just take a moment to take a very close look at the super amazing colors included in this palette.

I have heard some amazing things about Too Faced products but have never read a review about this particular palette, which makes me even more eager to give it a try.

This palette is going for around £10 online so a lot easier for me to try out price-wise as well. Ticks all the boxes.

This is the Technic Electric Eyes palette. It isn't as bright as some palettes I have bee recently interested in purchasing but the blues are what mainly get me in this palette.

I haven't heard much about this palette and I'm not really expecting much given how cheap it is trending for but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for pigmented shadows.

This palette is trending online for £3 so it's a hell yes from my bank account.

This is The Balm's Nude Dude Volume 2 eye shadow palette. I'm hoping this eye shadow palette is more pigmented than most drugstore brands because I hate when I put eye shadow on and it just doesn't go on my lid. It's so frustrating.

This palette is trending on eBay for less than £5 so I can't really expect much from it. I can see myself using this palette every week for a natural eye look.

I hope you enjoyed today's Top  Eye Shadow Palettes I want To Try post. I can't wait to try some of these and share my opinions on the products with you all.

How To Improve Your Money Saving

I seriously know how difficult money saving can be but there are a million different ways to make it easier. Maybe you want to save up for a holiday, maybe you want to treat yourself or even save up for your own house, wedding or family.

When it comes to saving money, a little goes a long way. What I mean is that you may be just saving your change into a pot every day and see such a result in a few months. You just need to remember that everything takes it's time and patience is really needed for this.

How do I save up money? As I have a baby on the way and me and my partner are needing to get a house by this summer, saving up has been a really difficult thing for us to do. Especially when you have car tax to pay for, monthly bus passes and a bunch of other things. Personally, I save up with a little thing I recently started which is ''£2 for every 50 blog views'', every time I get 50 more views on any of my blogs, I add £2 to a jar. I will be only opening the jar at the end of each month and depositing it into the bank. The final amount of money will be revealed on July 19th 2016, this money will be going full towards our baby and house. I find that doing it this way makes me do my hobby better and also motivates me to save up. I'm loving it so far.

No matter what anyone says, we hate to admit it but we always end up spending money on things we don't need. Whether it's those pairs of shorts you want to get from Primark and then end up never wearing them, or maybe it's a bunch of junk food you don't need but want to get anyway. Imagine how much all that would add up to each month...

So here are different ways to save up quite a bit of money within months:

  1. Start a hobby and every time you achieve a milestone, put a certain amount of money into a pot and at the end of the month, take it to the bank and deposit it into a savers account. Even if you save £2 each time you reach a milestone, it makes a huge difference. Chances are you would have wasted your money on something else you don't need anyway.
  2. If money is short and is literally going to bills and essentials only, it can be super hard to save up. If you like music or fashion and don't mind writing short reviews on things, head over to Slice The Pie, that is how I used to get my money when I was in college. All the money you get from the website, transfer it straight from your PayPal to your savers account. You will see a difference within just a few months.
  3. Just opening up a savers account in general can motivate you to save up. Transferring that money over from one account to the other and then seeing that amount rise every month can make you feel so much better and motivate you to save up even more.
  4. A lot of people don't like doing this but it is also a good way to save up, makes you sort of compete with yourself a little. Instead of buying really expensive branded things when shopping, why not go for the store value products? At the end of each shopping spree you do for the fridge or house in general, put the remaining money you would usually spend into a pot or savers account. I think this is quite a fast way to save up.
  5. If you are simply putting whatever money you have at the end of the month into a pot or savers account, the best thing to do is don't keep checking it. This can take all your motivation away, saving up can sometimes take too long and your impatience might impact how much you save. So, set yourself a goal like I did. Give yourself a date to check your final outcome on and this will make you feel so much better.
